We use your information to match you with a suitable host placement, prepare you for interviews, communicate with you by email, SMS and WhatsApp throughout your placement, process your payment, and meet any visa or compliance obligations relevant to your placement.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment processor. We do not store your card details.

Who We Share It With

Relevant details are shared with the host company you are matched with, and with your education provider where they have referred you to us, strictly as needed to arrange and support your placement. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage & Security

Your information is stored in our secure internal systems and retained for as long as needed to support your placement and meet our legal obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
