Project-based WIL puts students in small teams on a live brief from a real Australian business, remotely or on site. You get authentic work-integrated learning for a whole cohort, without having to find a host placement for every student.
The hard part of WIL isn't students. It's finding enough good hosts. Project briefs let one business support a whole team, so you can offer real industry experience to more students, sooner.
Each brief supports three to five students, so a single host relationship covers far more of your cohort than a one-to-one placement can.
We source and vet briefs from our national network of host companies, so your team isn't cold-calling businesses every term.
Remote briefs open WIL to students who can't do a full-time placement, including regional, part-time, working and international students.
We run the logistics and you keep academic control. Every project is mapped to your unit's learning outcomes and assessment.
We match a host to your discipline and shape a real problem into a brief with clear deliverables.
Intern Gateway + hostStudents are grouped by skills and availability, then onboarded and introduced to their host supervisor.
