Agreement to These Terms

By enrolling in an internship placement with Intern Gateway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please contact us before enrolling.

Our Service

Intern Gateway arranges 12-week unpaid vocational internship placements with host businesses across Australia, in-company or virtual, across Business, Marketing, IT, HR, Finance & Accounting and Engineering. Our service includes host matching, resume and interview preparation, dedicated coordinator support throughout your placement, and a Certificate of Completion issued by Intern Gateway on successful completion.

Payment

Fees may be paid in full at the time of enrolment, or split into 4 equal fortnightly instalments. There are no ongoing or recurring fees beyond the placement fee shown at checkout.

Cooling-Off Period

You may cancel for a full refund within 7 days of payment, provided host outreach on your behalf has not yet begun.

Placement Guarantee

If we are unable to secure you a suitable host placement within 8 weeks of enrolment, you may choose either a full refund or to continue waiting while we keep searching.

Once Your Placement Has Started

Fees become non-refundable once your placement has commenced, as the matching and placement service has been delivered in full.

Withdrawing After a Host Is Secured

If you need to withdraw after a host has been secured but before your placement starts, this is handled case by case, please contact us at info@interngateway.com as soon as possible.

Nature of the Placement

Placements arranged through Intern Gateway are unpaid vocational placements, not paid employment. The Certificate of Completion is issued by Intern Gateway and is not a nationally recognised qualification.

Intellectual Property

Our website and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intern Gateway and its directors, officers, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from a placement. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you enrol is the version that applies to you.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia.
