By accessing or using our online recruitment subscription service GROW you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you may not access or use the Service.
Description of Service
Grow by Intern Gateway is an online platform that allows employers to access our database of potential job candidates. Employers may subscribe to the Service for a monthly or annual fee, the fees are set out on our website.
Use of Service
Employers may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Employers may not use the Service:
(a) In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local or international law or regulation;
(b) For the purpose of exploiting, harming or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information or otherwise;
(c) To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail”, “chain letter” or “spam” or any other similar solicitation;
(d) To impersonate or attempt to impersonate us, our employees, another user or any other person or entity;
(e) To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm us or users of the Service or expose them to liability.
Subscription Fees
Employers may subscribe to the Service for a monthly or annual fee, which is set out on our website. Employers will be charged automatically on a recurring basis until they cancel their subscription.
Cancellation of Subscription
Employers may cancel their subscription at any time by accessing their account settings on the Service. However, no refunds will be provided for any remaining subscription period.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will we or our directors, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service, including but not limited to any lost profits, lost savings, loss of data, business interruption, or other economic loss, even if we or they have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
Employers agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless us, our directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, actions, demands, suits, damages, liabilities, obligations, losses, settlements, judgments, costs and expenses (including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) arising out of or in connection with their use of the Service, their breach of these Terms and Conditions or their violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions. All provisions of these Terms and Conditions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Grow by Intern Gateway is an online platform that allows businesses to gain access to your personal information in which you provide us with for purposes of potential job opportunities inline with your skills and credentials. Graduates may subscribe to the Service at no cost.
Use of Service
Graduates may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Graduates may not use the Service:
(a) In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local or international law or regulation;
(b) For the purpose of exploiting, harming or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information or otherwise;
(c) To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail”, “chain letter” or “spam” or any other similar solicitation;
(d) To impersonate or attempt to impersonate us, our employees, another user or any other person or entity;

Account Registration
Graduates must register an account with us in order to access the Service. During the registration process, graduates must provide accurate and complete information. Graduates are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password, and they agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their account.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

All provisions of these Terms and Conditions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
